3. 高潮期-无射精的性高潮

逆行性射精
在此介绍一种称作逆行性射精的现象。在少数男性，他们的生殖管道平滑肌以这样的一种方式运作：精液不是被射到体外，而是射进了膀胱，然后再从膀胱随着尿液一起排出体外。从所有的外在证据看来，这种男性似乎根本就没有射精。这种症状可能是前列腺外科手术的并发症。但是，也有一些男性，他们宣称能够自主地操作肌肉达到这种特殊的射精，并用它作为一种避孕的手段。

3. Orgasm - Orgasm without Ejaculation

Retrograde Ejaculation
A special case is presented by a phenomenon known as retrograde ejaculation. In a few men, certain internal muscles operate in such a way that the semen is not ejaculated to the outside, but instead into the bladder from where it then later is passed off with the urine. From all external evidence these men do not seem to ejaculate at all. This condition can result from prostate surgery, but there are also some men who claim to be able to achieve this particular muscular reaction voluntarily and use it as a means of contraception.
