测量阴道反应

A. 阴道周壁测量仪(perineometer)
戈基尔医生发明了阴道周壁测量仪，并首创了用该仪器测量阴道周壁肌肉的强度。这个仪器基本上是一种测量阴道肌肉收缩的压力计，也作为生物反馈仪用来测量受训妇女阴道肌肉的收缩强度。
B. 阴道光电体积描记仪(vaginal photoplethysmograph)
当把该仪器插入阴道时，通过光电池发光所显示的阴道壁的颜色，可以测量阴道壁的充血程度。
C. 复合检查仪(光电体积描记仪与肌动描记仪，Photoplethysmograph and Myograph)
可以同时通过光电池发光显示阴道壁的颜色所代表的阴道壁的充血程度和肌肉生物电冲动所代表的肌张力，测量性兴奋度。

Measuring Vaginal Responses
Muscle tone and blood engorgement can be measured inside the vagina with the help of various instruments.

A. The Perineometer
The firmness of vaginal muscles can be tested by an instrument invented by Dr. Kegel - the perineometer. It is basically a simple pressure gauge which measures vaginal muscle contractions. It is also used as biofeedback instrument for women who the training of these
muscles.
B. Vaginal Photoplethysmograph
This instrument, when inserted into the vagina, measures the degree of blood engorgement by registering the color of the vaginal walls through a photoelectric cell.
C. Combination Instrument (Photoplethysmograph and Myograph)
This instrument can measure sexual excitement by simultaneously registering blood engorgement by registering color and muscle tone by registering electric muscle impulses.
