AIDS风险摘要：

如果血液、精液或阴道分泌液进入人的血液里，极可能被感染。当共用注射器时，就会发生感染，但主要在无保护的性行为中发生感染。

已感染的孕妇能够感染她的胎儿，也能在分娩或哺乳时传染给她的孩子。在德国，与输用血液制品和输血相关的感染已经被降低到尽可能低的程度。

当在国外旅行时，您可能得不到您在国内相同质量的医学照护。如果有疑问，询问所使用的医疗用具是否是消过毒的和是否那里仅使用经过检测的血液制品。

在欧洲以外的许多国家，AIDS和其他性传播疾病远比我国更为流行。而且那里所提供的安全套不一定能够保证质量。所以：带足安全套-而且当与新结交的伙伴发生性行为时，要带上它。要始终如一！

安全套只能与不含脂肪的润滑剂配合使用。油剂、油脂、脂肪、乳酪和凡士林都会损坏安全套。此外：安全套不耐高温。

THE  RISKS  IN   BRIEF:

You can become infected if blood, seminal or vaginal fluid gets into the blood system. This happens when sharing syringes, but primarily during unprotected sex.

An infected mother can infect her baby in the womb, during birth or when breast-feeding. The risk associated with blood products and blood transfusions has been reduced to an absolute minimum in Germany.

When travelling abroad, you may not be able to expect the same quality of medical care that you enjoy at home. If in doubt, ask whether the instruments used are disinfected and whether only tested blood products are used.

AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases are far more common in many countries outside Europe than they are here. And the condoms available there are not always of the accustomed high quality. So: take enough with you - and use them when you have sex with a new partner. Always!

Condoms are only compatible with fat-free lubricants. Oils, greases, fats, creams and vaseline damage the condom. And: condoms are sensitive to heat.
