正确使用避孕套/安全套  
如果使用得当，安全套会很好地提供安全保护。在阴道性交、肛交或口交之前（不是在恰好要射精之前），就必须给勃起的阴茎戴上安全套。在戴上了安全套的阴茎顶端，有一个小间隙（蓄精囊）肯定会留存下来，它是为了收集预期而致的精液的。可是，在这个小间隙或“安全空间”里的任何空气必须先期压挤出去，为的是防止气泡导致阴茎头疼痛。射精以后，男方在其阴茎松软之前，必须立即抽离其阴茎，握住安全套开口，以免它滑脱。戴上安全套以后，可以在它的外面涂上一些水溶剂型润滑液，这样的话，安全套使用起来更舒适。无论如何，请您记住：含油或脂肪（植物油、黄油、凡士林和洗手液等）的润滑液能够迅速使安全套破裂。

After ejaculation, the penis is withdrawn while one hand prevents the condom from slipping off. 6. The best way to dispose of a used condom is to throw it into a garbage pail.
