性偏恶、性欲抑制和性交疼痛是特殊的性健康问题，它们有着多种多样的病因，并且可能需要同样多的生理和精神治疗方法来应对。在一定程度上看，这三种性健康问题也可以归类为“传统的”性功能障碍；但是，大体上看，它们的病因比起后三种性功能障碍要清晰得多。此外，当代性治疗已经为我们提供了大量的成功处理这些问题的定型的治疗方案。由于本教程的局限性，我们因而只能集中讨论这三种“传统的”性功能障碍，并且只能对后三种性功能障碍作简要概述。

Some Particular Sexual Health Problems

Sexual aversion, inhibited sexual desire, and pain during sexual intercourse are particular health problems that can have a great variety of causes and may require an equally great variety of physical and psychological therapeutic approaches. To a certain extent, this is also true of the “classic” sexual dysfunctions, but on the whole, they present a much clearer picture. Moreover, modern sex therapy has provided us with a number of successful standardized treatments to deal with them. For the purpose of this course we therefore concentrate on the “classic” dysfunctions and cast only a cursury glance at the other problems.
